Welcome Letter

Dear Friends:

Plans for Solutions at Work LIVE 2017 are well underway and I'm very excited to extend to you my personal invitation to join us.

From March 28 – 31, 2017, we’ll be at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Austin, Texas, to focus on Cultivating Culture and Harvesting Excellence.

Why culture? With competition for valuable hires and retention of top performers at an all-time high, positive culture has emerged as today’s essential talent strategy. New hires look for it; top employees covet it. And over three days, we’ll dig into what makes a great culture, how to support it, and the ROI – in recruitment, retention, and productivity – that comes with it. We’ll also offer illustrative new data from our latest Modern Family Index, and strategies for learning and development programs that deliver tangible results.

The hotel’s beautiful setting along the Colorado River and the McKinney Roughs Nature Park is the inspiring backdrop for engaging discussions, interactive workshops, and a keynote by bestselling Happiness Advantage author Shawn Achor. You’ll also have numerous opportunities to connect with other leading employers about their own workplace culture, and learn how Bright Horizons' family of solutions provides value for both you and your employees.

As always, there's no charge for the conference, and complimentary child care will be available to attendees on site.

We’re so pleased to host this event, and proud that many attendees call it the best conference they attend. We’re confident you’ll leave this year's Solutions at Work LIVE with fresh ideas, new tools and resources, and innovative strategies to continue cultivating your organization’s success.

I hope to see you in March!

The companies in attendance last year represented more than 3.6 million employees worldwide.

A Conference for Credit

Bright Horizons is a SHRM Preferred Provider. That means not only will you come away with great ideas to drive your organization forward, but you’ll also receive professional credit (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) for some of the sessions.

Welcome to Austin!

While here, you’ll get a true taste of Austin’s history and exactly what makes it so memorable - including the famous food truck scene, legendary live music, and why exactly the unique culture of Austin is sometimes called “weird.”

Remember: Solutions at Work LIVE is free to attend (you are only responsible for travel and lodging) and considered by many to be one of the best conferences in the HR space.
